How It Works - Dry Cleaning Service

Whether you choose to drop off in-store or use our pickup and delivery service, just prepare your items in a labeled bag and we handle the rest.

If you miss the designated delivery, a $10 Missed Delivery fee will be charged to your account to cover the additional handling.

Prepare Your Items

Packaging: Place all items for dry cleaning in a separate bag.
Labeling: Clearly label the bag as 'Dry Cleaning' to ensure proper handling and prevent any mix-ups.

In-Store Drop-off: Visit our store to drop off your dry cleaning at your convenience.
Pickup and Delivery: Schedule a pickup via our CleanCloud app. We’ll collect your dry cleaning directly from your specified location.

Processing Time

Standard Processing: All dry cleaning orders, whether dropped off in-store or picked up for delivery, require a 3-business day processing time.
Delivery Note: Expect an additional 3-day delay for delivery orders due to transportation and handling.

Receive Your Clean Clothes

In-Store Pickup: We’ll notify you when your items are ready for collection at our store.
Delivery: Your cleaned items will be delivered back to you at the location and time you’ve specified, adhering to our safety and quality standards.
